The 34-year-old reality star and 41-year-old comedian sparked relationship rumors when Williams gave Hazel E a shout out at one of his recent comedy shows.
The pair have since confirmed they are a couple in an interview with Sister 2 Sister magazine.
"We met through a mutual acquaintance at an event at The London Hotel in Hollywood," Hazel E revealed.
