I have seen the two Sex And The City movies—that’s one of the perils of being a DVD columnist—and didn’t like either one of them.The dialogue in both is insufferably quippy, the stories are overstuffed, the pacing is frenetic, and I could muster little sympathy for the four heroines as they obsessed over relationship, career, and parenting problems that most sensible adults handle every day without falling to pieces.
